Mo is the Head Chef and Owner of Mo's Food & Pastries, she did a 3 year culinary course at the International Hotel School (IHS), South Africa and took a short pastry course at Prue Leith Chef's Academy.
In 2007 she trained at Balalaika Hotel in Sandton City, Michael’s (a Jewish catering company) while still studying at IHS.
In 2008 she worked at Franz Catering (A well established catering company serving local and world elite clients).
From 2009 to 2010 she worked at The Bay Hotel in Cape Town.
From 2010 to 2011 she worked at Radisson Blu Gautrain Hotel.

No event is too big or small for Mo’s Food and Pastries to cater for. We cater to the needs of our client’s desires. Mo’s food and pastries specializes in catering according to the theme, style and layout of the event. We do canapés, buffets, plated, cheese & wine events etc.
Mo’s Food and Pastries works with the client’s vision and theme of the function before creating a specialized menu for them. We also go the extra mile of suggesting the right beverages that will best suit the Menu suggested at the clients request.
Planning and Management
Mo’s Food and Pastries prides itself in making sure that we provide a service that will be carried out with excellence from beginning to end. Our hired staff of waiter’s and waitresses are well trained and professional. Extra staff members are only made available at the clients request e.g. Barmen, Private chefs, Cleaners etc.
