In 2007 she trained at Balalaika Hotel in Sandton City, Michael’s (a Jewish catering company) while still studying at IHS.

(A well established catering company serving local and world elite clients).
From 2009 to 2010 she worked at The Bay Hotel in Cape Town.
From 2010 to 2011 she worked at Radisson Blu Gautrain Hotel. enim.
A little about Mo
Mo is the Head Chef and Owner of Mo’s Food & Pastries, she did a 3 year culinary course at the International Hotel School (IHS), South Africa and took a short pastry course at Prue Leith Chef’s Academy.
